Job Details
1• Oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
2• Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.
3• Manage and coordinate with production teams, craftsmen, and machine operators.
4• Ensure quality control at every stage of manufacturing to maintain high standards.
5• Proficient in AutoCAD to read, interpret, and modify technical drawings for production.
6• Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate designs into manufacturable products.
7• Monitor material inventory and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages or delays.
8• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve processes.
9• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the factory.
10• Work with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
11• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.
12• Maintain production reports, analyze data, and suggest process improvements.
13• Train and mentor production staff to enhance skill levels and efficiency.
14• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
