Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
2.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of up to 100 female workers.
3.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
4.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
5.Resolve issues and conflicts within the team professionally.
6.Maintain detailed records of production and team performance.

1Prior experience in the plastic or packaging industry is mandatory.
