Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Production Supervisor to manage daily production floor activities, handle employee coordination, ensure production planning execution, manage material flow, and monitor in-process quality checks on assigned floor operations. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in manufacturing management.

Traveling from Vasai Station to Golani Naka a distance of 6.7 km in approximately 18 minutes by rickshaw
Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare daily job card routing based on production plan.
2.Supervise and manage employees assigned to the respective production floor. Hiring Requirements and Job Profiles - June-2024
3.Coordinate part-product planning with Production Head for Frame Division.
4.Record and maintain daily production counter readings.
5.Raise supply indents for purchase officer for material replenishment.
6.Review job cards and brief operators on technical specifications before issuing raw materials.
7.Ensure proper raw material issue for work orders using ERP system.
8.Perform monthly stock reconciliation through ERP.
9.Maintain machine maintenance records for specific assigned machines/floor in Excel.
10.Tag in-process material physically during different stages of production.
11.Conduct physical in-process QC checks along with QC Head during production.
12.Issue raw materials for physical shop floor work tracking.
13.Manage transport vehicles utilized for internal production movement.
14.Tag and track tools and fixtures used in production.
15.Collect daily physical payroll data for assigned team members.
Skills Required:
1.Strong understanding of basic manufacturing operations.
2.Good organizational and team management skills.
3.Basic knowledge of ERP systems for material issue and stock reconciliation.
4.Familiarity with shop floor QC procedures.
5.Strong communication, discipline, and leadership.
6.Knowledge of machine maintenance reporting.
7.Capable of multitasking across production and quality activities.
