Job Summary:
We are hiring a Production Supervisor with 4 to 8 years of experience in the Pharma Process Equipment. The candidate should hold a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering and have good working knowledge of MS Office. The role involves supervising production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and coordinating with teams to meet production goals. The position offers a salary of up to ₹4.2 lakhs per annum.

A)The job location is approximately 12.8 km from Vasai Railway Station, with a travel time of around 34 minutes to reach Chinchoti.
B)The job location is approximately 13.3 km from Naigaon Railway Station, with a travel time of around 36 minutes to reach Chinchoti.
Key Responsibility:
1) Make day To day Manpower Planning as per Dispatched Schedule
2) Monitoring production activities
3) Prepare Daily Production report At the end of Day
4) Perform Step Wise Quality Control Activities
5) Advance Material Planning for Smooth Production
6) Resolve any issues related to delivery, quantity, or quality discrepancies.
7) Look in Maintainance activity (EOT Crane,Welding Machie,Grinders)
8) Collaborate with internal departments (Design) to determine Drawing issues.
