Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor with 4 to 8 years of experience in the Pharma Process Equipment. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in using MS Office for reporting and planning. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with the production team to meet targets efficiently. This position offers a salary of up to ₹4.2 lakhs per annum.
Travelling Details:
The company provides a free transport facility from Naigaon Station to the Sasunavghar location, covering a distance of 20.6 km in approximately by company bus.
Key Responsibility:
1) Make day To day Manpower Planning as per Dispatched Schedule
2) Monitoring production activities
3) Prepare Daily Production report At the end of Day
4) Perform Step Wise Quality Control Activities
5) Advance Material Planning for Smooth Production
6) Resolve any issues related to delivery, quantity, or quality discrepancies.
7) Look in Maintainance activity (EOT Crane,Welding Machie,Grinders)
8) Collaborate with internal departments (Design) to determine Drawing issues.
