Production Engineer / Production Manager / Operation Engineer

"Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production and Operations Manager to oversee the seamless execution of production activities and ensure efficient resource utilization. The ideal candidate will lead key operational functions such as production planning, inventory management, manpower allocation, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution:

1. Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet project deadlines and ensure optimal resource utilization.
   Oversee the execution of daily production schedules while maintaining high productivity levels.
   Inventory & Procurement Management:
2. Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and minimize overstocking or shortages.
   Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate supplier contracts.
   Manpower Planning & Resource Allocation:
3. Assess workforce requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
   Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of production staff.
   Monitoring & Order Tracking:
4. Track production progress and order status to ensure timely completion and delivery.
   Identify and address bottlenecks or delays in the production process.
   Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
5. Manage dispatch schedules and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
   Optimize transportation and distribution processes for cost-effectiveness.
   Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
6. Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
   Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
   Cross-Functional Collaboration:
7. Work closely with departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to align production goals with organizational objectives.
   Facilitate clear communication between teams to streamline operations.
   Compliance & Documentation:
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
   Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for production processes, inventory, and audits."
