3) The company offers 2nd & 4th Saturday off, but only after completing a 6-month probation period.
Responsibility:
1) Production planning (Weekly/Daily) As per Project requirement.
2) Co-ordination with site team for smooth operation of production & installation
3) Manpower handling (30-40) on shop floor & maintaining discipline.
4) distribution of work as per requirement in fitters
5) Give training to shop floor fitters about new system/project.
6) Ensure the maximum utilisation of manpower to produce maximum output.
7) Maintain cleanliness of shopfloor & machinery.
8) should able to work on Software’s- Reynapro, Schucal, Logical, SLX,
9) extract Production documents from software - Cut optimisation, Material List, assembly List, glass List
10) Maintaining all the production documents after Dispatches.
11) Cross checking all the documents before starting of production & ordering of glasses.
12) Maintain weekly & production Production statues reports
13) Visit site whenever required.
