Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Planner to oversee and optimize production processes in our fabrication industry operations. The ideal candidate will plan and create production workflows to minimize waste, enhance efficiency, and maintain high product quality. A strong background in fabrication, including heat exchangers, process equipment, static equipment, and heavy fabrication, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Production Planning and Scheduling:
o Develop, implement, and maintain efficient production plans to meet project timelines and client specifications.
o Coordinate with different departments (procurement, production, and quality) to ensure seamless operations.
2.Technical Proficiency:
o Interpret and work with engineering GA (General Arrangement) drawings to plan production accurately.
o Ensure all production plans align with technical specifications and client requirements.
3.Fabrication Expertise:
o Supervise and ensure adherence to industry standards in fabricating heat exchangers, process equipment, static equipment, and heavy fabrication.
o Troubleshoot fabrication-related challenges to maintain productivity.
4.Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress, efficiency, and challenges.
o Maintain comprehensive records of production plans, schedules, and outcomes.
