1.Injection Moulding Industry Experience: Demonstrated expertise in working within the injection moulding industry, understanding production processes, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
2.Injection Moulding Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the injection moulding process, including machine operation, material handling, and quality control to ensure optimal production.
3.Manpower Handling: Efficiently manage and coordinate production teams, ensuring smooth workflow, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe work environment.
4.Production Reporting: Prepare and submit day-to-day production-related reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), production output, and quality metrics.
5.5S and ISO/IATF Documentation Knowledge: Strong understanding of 5S principles and ISO/IATF standards. Experience in maintaining proper documentation for quality control and process improvement.
