We are hiring a Product Planning Control Engineer to ensure cost efficiency, production monitoring, and ERP system optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Plan cost estimate targets during product design & development and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Evaluate and monitor overall equipment efficiency (OEE) for better productivity.
- Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) as per work orders.
- Review and analyze production data to identify problems or performance gaps.
- Prepare cost, expenditure, and performance reports at regular intervals.
- Manage ERP system implementation, including planning, customization, training, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure daily ERP monitoring for performance, security, and data integrity.
