Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an Peon with 1 year of experience. The candidate should be able to read and write and assist in day-to-day office activities, ensuring cleanliness and smooth internal operations.
Traveling Details:
From Vasai Station to the company location at Sativali – approx. 7.4 km, takes around 22 minutes by rickshaw.
Responsibility
1.Outdoor Tasks:
Deposit and collect cheques from the bank
Deliver and receive couriers
Other fieldwork as assigned
2.Office Cleaning & Maintenance:
Clean the office daily
Serve tea and water to guests and staff
Clean office toilets and mop the floors regularly
3.General Assistant Duties:
Organize papers and files properly
Handle small daily errands in the office
Complete tasks assigned by senior staff on time
4.Behaviour & Conduct:
Polite and punctual
Should maintain personal hygiene and dress neatly
Must be trustworthy and not addicted to any substances
