Job Responsibilities:
• Production Supervision:
1) Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
2) Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment to meet production targets.
3) Implement production plans, monitor performance, and ensure the timely delivery of products.
4) Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure a continuous production flow.
5) Enforce health and safety regulations in the production area to ensure a safe working environment.
6) Train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
7) Maintain production reports and records, tracking progress, efficiency, and any issues for management review.
• Quality Control:
1) Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet internal and external standards.
2) Conduct quality inspections at various stages of production, identifying defects or non-conformances.
3) Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4) Collaborate with the production and design teams to optimize processes and ensure product consistency.
5) Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance data.
6) Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for mechanical products.
7) Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both production efficiency and product quality.
