ICU Nursing

1.Provide quality nursing care to patients of all ages as per hospital policies.
2.Administer treatments and medications as per physician/RMO orders.
3.Maintain accurate patient documentation and address queries promptly.
4.Assist in admission, discharge, and intra-hospital transfers, coordinating with relevant departments.
5.Perform and oversee patient care tasks (e.g., hygiene, bed making, and wound care).
6.Operate and maintain medical equipment and ensure readiness of emergency supplies.
7.Conduct regular rounds, assist doctors, and report emergencies to supervisors.
8.Educate patients and families about treatments and health management.
9.Supervise and guide junior staff and trainees.
10.Ensure cleanliness and maintain inventory in the ward.
11.Adhere to patient confidentiality, hospital protocols, and ethical practices.
12.Participate in training, quality improvement activities, and team collaboration.

5.Take and record patient vitals, histories, and symptoms.
6.Conduct physical exams, diagnostic tests, and draw blood samples.

9.Educate and emotionally support patients and families.
10.Set up and sanitize treatment rooms; manage medical equipment and supplies.
11.Collaborate with healthcare providers and implement care plans.
