Roles And Responsibilities
1.Recruitment sourcing of candidates; initial telephonic discussions
2.Interview coordination with new candidates
3.Monitoring of Transfers and resignation and updating MIS
4.Joining Formalities of newly joined employees
5.Induction of staff
6.Data base update and upkeep of the CVs and certificates of candidates which were forwarded through email and who had attended the interviews
7.Employee Engagement (organizing events/ games etc.)
8.Handling PF Claim related Queries and calling to the labors for KYC documents like bank passbook to verify.
9.Monthly PF Upload and PF creation for employees
10.ESIC creation and monthly upload
11.Maintain Stationery/courier Register, Visitors Register etc
12.Responsible for Housekeeping maintenance and in charge of ordering House Keeping materials, Pantry items & Stationaries for our corporate office as well as other location.
13.Booking Hotel booking, Cab Booking, Train Booking and Bus booking as per the travel request received from concern employee.
14.Verifying admin related invoices with supporting documents before sending the same for approval & payment process
15.HR & Admin related files Maintenance
16.Send Birthday/Wedding/Welcome Greeting Mail by Team HR Mail id.
