"Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for an HR + Admin Manager for a Group of Companies based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be available to join within 15 to 30 days.  Candidate staying location accetpted from borivali to Dadar only

• Location Preference: Candidates residing nearby will be preferred, as occasional late sitting may be required.

Job Description:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handle employee onboarding, engagement, grievance resolution, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and ensure smooth HR operations.

3. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company requirements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations.

4. Training and Development:
Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Organize skill development initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.

5. Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure a well-maintained and efficient workplace environment.

6. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare HR reports related to hiring, retention, employee performance, and compliance.
Analyze workforce trends to support strategic HR decisions."
