Job Description: 
The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for framing and executing HR policies, driving employee retention, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and handling office administration to support organizational growth and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Frame HR Policies: Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies aligned with organizational goals. 
• Retain Talent: Create strategies for employee engagement, retention, and career development. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to labour laws and regulatory standards.
• Work Environment: Recommend and execute initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
• Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, coordinating with departments and handling vendor, Labour contractor’s relations.

Desired Skills and Experience: 
• Experience: 8+ years in HR and admin with a focus on policy creation, talent retention, and office administration. 
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels. 
• People Management: Proven ability to manage teams and resolve employee issues.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and labour laws.

Additional Skills: 
• Organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
