Facility Manager / Admin Manager

📝 Job Summary:
The Facility/Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all support services, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and AMC/EMD operations, to ensure they align with the organization's needs and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace environment.

Travelling Details:
The company is located on Harampur Road, approximately 15 minutes from Manor. The distance from Palghar Station to Manor is about 35 to 40 minutes by road.
Total travel time from Palghar Station to the company is approximately under one hour.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
1.Prepare documentation and float tenders for contractor selection and procurement.
2.Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of appointed contractors.
3.Investigate and evaluate the availability and suitability of potential new premises.
4.Calculate and compare costs of goods or services to ensure maximum value for money.
5.Plan for future facility developments in alignment with strategic business objectives.
6.Manage and lead organizational change with minimal disruption to core operations.
7.Direct and coordinate essential support services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
8.Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.
9.Oversee the health, safety, and welfare of all staff and students.
10.Optimize allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or reorganization of existing premises.
11.Verify completion and quality of work done by staff or contractors and follow up on any shortcomings.
12.Lead and coordinate multiple teams responsible for various facility-related functions.
13.Respond effectively to emergencies or urgent issues and manage their consequences.
14.Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
