Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations, client meetings, account management, and marketing-related updates. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, a keen understanding of operational processes, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:
1.Administrative Support:
oProvide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
oPrepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
oMaintain and organize files and records in both physical and digital formats.

2.Operations Management:
oAssist the CEO in overseeing and streamlining daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
oTrack and report on key operational metrics and assist with process improvements
oCoordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with operational goals and projects.

3.Client Meetings:
oSchedule and coordinate client meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
oPrepare briefing materials and reports for client meetings.
oAct as a liaison between the CEO and clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.

4.Account Management:
oAssist in managing client accounts by tracking project progress and delivering timely updates.
oCoordinate with account department to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained.
oPrepare and maintain reports on account performance and client satisfaction.

5.Marketing-Related Updates:
oSupport marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, tracking deliverables, and assisting with market research.
oPrepare and distribute marketing updates, reports, and communication materials.
oCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the CEO’s strategic vision.

6.Project Coordination:
oAssist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
oMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful completion.

7.Confidentiality and Discretion:
oHandle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
oMaintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and communication.
