Customer Relationship Associate

"Job Description Hello, we are Semwal Bespoke India Pvt Ltd, a garment export company having an opening for two Customer Relationship Associate for our international clients who would be responsible for maintaining a data of all the customers and future clients. Will be responsible for booking appointments with clients and looking after their requirements. Will be responsible for cold calling international clients and should be willing to work in different shifts (early morning, afternoon evening/night shifts) Minimum requirements criteria: • Should be fluent in English. • Should have a good knowledge of computers. • Age between 25 yrs and 37 yrs • Graduate / non-graduate but with minimum 12th Certification. • Non- Graduate with minimum 6 months of consistent work experience in any relevant field • Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months of experience also welcome • Should be able to work at flexible work timings: 6.30 pm 3.30 pm, 7.30 pm to 4.30 am, 8.30 pm to 5.30 pm, 9.30 pm to 6.30 pm, 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm, 3.30 am to 12.30 pm, 4.30 am to 1.30 pm, 1.30 am to 10.30 am and 2.30 am to 11.30 am. • Candidates from Vasai – Nalasopara – Virar - Naigaon are preferable. Leaves as per company policy.
