Job Summary:
The QA/QC Engineer & Technical Purchase Engineer will play a dual role of ensuring the quality control processes for materials/products while managing the procurement of technical equipment. The role includes documentation, third-party inspections, troubleshooting, material certification, and resolving customer complaints to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC):
Documentation:
1.Prepare and generate QAP (Quality Assurance Plan), inspection plans, and performance reports.
2.Organize and maintain all raw material Test Certificates (TC).
Inspection & Testing:
1.Conduct and coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) and ensure troubleshooting until dispatch clearance is achieved.
2.Arrange inspection calls and ensure activities are completed efficiently for dispatch clearance.
3.Provide regular test certificates and performance reports to customers as required.
NDT & Instrumentation:
Operate and handle NDT methods including:
1.LPT (Liquid Penetrant Testing)
2.UT (Ultrasonic Testing)
3.PMI (Positive Material Identification)
4.RT (Radiographic Testing)
