1) Maintain and manage compliance records, including audits and verifications (e.g., Amfori BSCI, OEKO Tex, FSC, ESG, HIGG FEM, GRS, Position Green, Client Audits like SLCP/FSLM).
2) Liaise with MPCB, Labour Commissioner, MIDC, and other government agencies
3) Prepare documentations for internal and external audits, including customer compliance requirements
4) Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, and reports in coordination with HR Head
5) Conduct training programs to ensure employees are aware of compliance standards with HR Head
6) Oversee Labour Health, Safety & Welfare Activities such as safety committees, grievance redressal, first aid training, medical check-ups, and safety week events
