We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator cum Setter with 3-8 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components as per engineering specifications and tolerances. This role demands precision, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient production.
Machine Setup and Operation:
1.Set up CNC lathe machines as per job requirements.
2.Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and machine settings for production.
3.Programming and Calibration:
4.Load and modify CNC programs as needed.
5.Perform basic G-code and M-code edits.
6.Calibrate machines to maintain dimensional accuracy.
