Civil Draftsman

Job Summary:
The Draftsman will be responsible for creating precise and detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings required for the production of scale models. This role involves working closely with designers and production teams to ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Drawing & Drafting
1.Prepare detailed 2D plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings based on design inputs.
2.Convert sketches, references, and concept layouts into production-ready CAD files.
3.Develop scaled drawings that serve as accurate blueprints for model making.

3D Modeling & Visualization
1.Create basic 3D models as required for visual representation and production.
2.Assist the team in converting 2D drawings into 3D printable files (if applicable).

Coordination with Teams
1.Collaborate with designers, project coordinators, and production staff to ensure all drawings meet the required dimensions and construction standards.
2.Assist in resolving any technical inconsistencies or drawing-related issues during the model-making process.

Revisions & Updates
1.Modify and revise drawings based on client feedback or internal changes.
2.Maintain version control and document changes made to original drawings.

File Management & Documentation
1.Ensure all drawing files are properly labeled, stored, and backed up.
2.Organize drawing sets for client presentations, approvals, and internal reviews.
