Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our exhibitions and trade shows. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and event management. For the right candidate, there is no cap on salary, complemented by an attractive incentive structure.
Job Location:
The vacancy is in Dahisar East, approximately an 8-minute drive from the station.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and onboard potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for upcoming expos.
2.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, associations, and corporate clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
5. Negotiate contracts, sponsorships, and participation agreements.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for exhibitions.
7. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business meetings.
8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or event management.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in exhibitions, trade fairs, or similar industries.
4. Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting software.
