Bim Modeler

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to support our , structural, and MEP teams
in creating accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using industrystandard software. The BIM Modeler will collaborate closely with project teams & clients to
ensure design, quality, and coordination compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development:
o Create and manage 3D models for structure, and MEP disciplines.
o Generate accurate and efficient building models in Revit, Navisworks, or
similar BIM software.
o Coordinate models across multiple disciplines to detect clashes and ensure
design alignment.
2. Model Coordination:
o Work closely with BIM Coordinators and other team members to ensure
alignment of BIM processes.
o Identify and resolve clashes through coordination meetings and software
tools.
o Update models based on design changes, ensuring accuracy and adherence
to project timelines.
3. Documentation and Detailing:
o Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models for
design and construction purposes.
o Maintain documentation for BIM standards, specifications, and best
practices on projects.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with engineers, and consultants to develop efficient models that
meet project specifications.
o Communicate updates and issues effectively to ensure timely resolution and
alignment with project goals.
5. Quality Control and Standards:
o Adhere to company and project BIM standards, ensuring data integrity and
quality.
o Conduct periodic checks and updates to maintain model accuracy and
consistency.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with advanced BIM workflows, including 4D and 5D modeling.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
