We are seeking a skilled Back Office Executive with proficiency in Advanced Excel and a strong understanding of computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
1.Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records accurately.
2.Perform data entry, verification, and validation tasks.
Advanced Excel Tasks:
1.Create and manage complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts for data analysis and reporting.
2.Generate and automate reports using Excel macros and other advanced tools.
Documentation and Reporting:
1.Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.
2.Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management."
