Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a flair for consultative selling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project-based creative industries. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, pitching our model-making capabilities, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
1.Identify and approach potential corporate clients across architecture,infrastructure, maritime, and industrial sectors.
2.Generate leads through cold calls, online research, networking, and participation in trade shows and exhibitions.
3.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Understanding Client Requirements
1.Engage with clients to understand their project goals and requirements in detail.
2.Explain our services, processes, and the level of detailing in our model work.

Sales Presentations & Proposals
1.Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations in coordination with the design and production teams.
2.Clearly communicate timelines, pricing, and model specifications.

Relationship Management
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2.Act as a point of contact for project updates, client feedback, and issue resolution.

Reporting & Coordination
1.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects using Excel/CRM tools.
2.Provide regular updates to the management team on leads, pipeline status, and conversions.
3.Coordinate internally with design and production teams for feasibility checks and delivery timelines.
