1.Analyze and estimate costs related to injection moulding parts and products.
Purchase Order (P.O.) Finalization:
1.Manage P.O. finalization for injection moulding parts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Process Costing Knowledge:
1.Demonstrate expertise in injection moulding processes and their related cost structures.
Documentation Management:
1.Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
Zero-Based Costing:
1.Apply zero-based costing methods for injection moulding products to achieve optimal cost efficiency.
Cost Negotiation:
1.Conduct cost negotiations with customers and suppliers for new injection moulding parts, ensuring competitive pricing.
Customer Cost Sheets:
1.Analyze, interpret, and maintain customer cost sheets to meet business requirements
