Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in Tally operations, GST filing, and accounts management for a company based in Goregaon, Mumbai. Both male and female candidates can apply. The selected candidate must join within 30 days. Late sitting may be required as per workload, so apply only if you are comfortable with this. The salary is negotiable based on experience. 1. Sale Invoice in Tally – Generate and manage sales invoices in Tally.
2. Billing in Tally – Handle billing processes efficiently using Tally.
3. Purchase Entry in Tally – Record and maintain purchase entries in Tally.
4. GST Data Preparation & Filing – Prepare GST working data and coordinate with the CA for online filing.
5. Accounts Ledger Maintenance – Maintain and update the accounts ledger in Tally.
6. Accounts Department Management – Oversee and manage the accounts department at the Head Office.
7. Bank Payment File Uploading – Upload payment files in various banking systems.
8. Reconciliation & MIS – Perform account reconciliations and generate MIS reports."
