Accounts & Finance - Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Accounts & Finance – Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in Any Manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA (IPCC Cleared) with strong expertise in Tally and sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, audits, and team coordination.

Travelling Details
Distance from Andheri Station to company location (Kurla Rd, JB Nagar) is 2.6 km, approx. 12 minutes by rickshaw.

Responsibility
1. Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programme budgets and actual expenditures.
3. Coordinating all audit activity.
4. Consistently analysing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate.
6. Supporting the CFO in engaging the board’s audit and finance committees around Issues.
7. Managing and tracking the performance of invested assets, in alignment with the policies and investment guidelines.
8. Leveraging strengths of the finance team members.
9. Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
