Job Summary – Senior Accounts & Finance Manager
We are looking for a Senior Accounts & Finance Manager for our company located in Mira Road, Mumbai. The office is approximately 15 minutes by bus from Mira Road Station.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong communication skills to effectively manage financial operations.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the accounts and finance domain.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in handling finance and accounting teams.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
• The candidate's age should not exceed 45 years.
• Salary wil be negotiable as per the candidate experience and quality 

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management: 
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Month-end and Year-end Close: 
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight: 
Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, and overseeing credit and collections activities.
4. Financial Planning and Analysis: 
Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and projections. Provide strategic financial insights and advice to senior management based on financial data and market trends.
5. Audit and Compliance: 
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement corrective actions where needed.
6. Team Leadership: 
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, ensuring high-quality work and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
7. Process Improvement: 
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline accounting operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.
8. Financial Reporting: 
Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial documents for management review.
9. Tax Compliance: 
Oversee tax reporting and filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable local and international tax regulations.
10. Stakeholder Management: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, senior management, and external partners, to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.FDF
11. Leadership Skills: 
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on mentorship, development, and performance management.
12. Technical Proficiency: 
Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and tax regulations.
13. Analytical and Strategic Thinking: 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.
14. Attention to Detail: 
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
