Accounts and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, assist with purchase orders, track export shipments, and ensure accurate reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with export documentation are essential for this role. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Generate monthly management information system (MIS) reports.

Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoicing
• Prepare and issue internal purchase orders using QuickBooks.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely PO completion and shipment status updates.

Logistics and Shipment Tracking
• Handle export shipment tracking and ensure timely updates.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Address inquiries related to accounts and shipment statuses.

Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining necessary documentation.

Skill 
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for PO preparation, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing export documentation and shipment tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of tax filings and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
