कंपनीबद्दल थोडक्यात माहिती: आम्ही वसई विरार शहर महानगरपालिकेच्या अंतर्गत वेक्टर नियंत्रण विभागाचे व्यवस्थापन करतो.
नोकरीबद्दल थोडक्यात माहिती: आमच्या टीममध्ये 400 लोकांचा समावेश आहे, नऊ विभागांमध्ये संघटित. यापैकी एका विभागावर देखरेख करण्यासाठी आणि त्यामधील कामगारांचे प्रभावीपणे व्यवस्थापन करण्यासाठी आम्ही झोनल मॅनेजर शोधत आहोत.

कंपनी के बारे में संक्षिप्त जानकारी: हम वसई विरार सिटी नगर निगम के अंतर्गत वेक्टर नियंत्रण विभाग का प्रबंधन करते हैं।
नौकरी के बारे में संक्षिप्त जानकारी: हमारी टीम में 400 लोग हैं, जिन्हें 9 विभागों में संगठित किया गया है। हम इनमें से किसी एक विभाग की देखरेख करने और उसके भीतर काम करने वाले कर्मचारियों का प्रभावी ढंग से प्रबंधन करने के लिए एक Zonal Manager की तलाश कर रहे हैं।

Important Note- Candidate must have own bike and driving license

Responsibilties - 
1)  Maintain Communication and Coordination  on daily basis with Supervisors, Contract SI,Sanitary Inspectors, Nagarsevak and Employees 
2)  Have to report and communicate with Management regarding the field information.
3)  Daily basis only one Prabhag is to be visited also handling the same floor within the working timing, Weekly two times need to be visited each Prabhag
4)  Periodical check on the employee routes according to their timetable also with proper dress code (uniform,gloves,mask,gumboots).
5)  Daily meet with Sanitary Inspector including Contract SI of the respective Prabhag.
6)  Have to share seven photographs with a time interval of one hour each of your daily activity
7)  Need to check Daily Activity Report which includes all the activities undertaken by Employees and the Supervisors, Also take the Reporting sheets from the Supervisors and submit on daily basis to the Company.
8)  Need to be present by the given reporting time in your respective Prabhag also sharing your photograph within the grace time.
9)  If failed to share the morning photograph three times a month will be considered half day.
10)  Attendance should be checked constantly on App.
11)  Responsible for Identify of Breeding Spots and Neutralization of your Prabhag.
12)  Need to submit 15 days  tour plan and to be approved by the Company.
13)  The leaves you have to get approved prior by HR.
14)  For paid leaved in case of Medical issue you have to submit Medical Certificate.
15)  Will handle Stock distribution of your Prabhag.
