Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Welder & Fabricator job in Kanganwal near Sahnewan. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 32 years, and have Qualification SSC / HSC / ITI. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out welding and fabrication work as per approved drawings, Welding Procedure Specifications, and job cards.
2. Perform cutting, bending, and rolling operations.
3. Fabricate machine frames, structures, and mechanical assemblies.
4. Ensure correct joint preparation, edge preparation, and fit-up before welding.
5. Select correct electrodes, filler wires, gases, and welding parameters.
6. Maintain proper welding sequence to avoid distortion and residual stresses.
7. Read and understand mechanical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication layouts.
8. Coordinate with fitters and supervisors to ensure correct joint preparation.
9. Rectify welding and fabrication defects as required.
10. Operate and maintain welding machines, plasma cutters, gas cutting sets, grinders, and fabrication tools.
