Job Summary :
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with production and management, and ensuring smooth handling of materials related to utensil manufacturing processes such as color coating, copper, PVD, hammered, and vinyl finishes .
Job Description :
- Maintain daily attendance of warehouse and production labouratory
- Ensure accurate tracking of worker presence, shifts, and overtime
- Maintain and update labour records systematically
- Archive and manage attendance and labour records every 3 months for audit and reference
- Prepare and manage delivery challans on the same day for all inward and outward materials
- Ensure proper documentation for job work, dispatch, and returns
- Maintain organized records of all challans and related documents
- Perform table checking of finished goods before dispatch
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for corrections
