JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To maintain inventory of consumer spares and other inventory
- Check incoming material against purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices. To verify quantity, specifications before accepting materials
- Issue materials to CNC VMC departments
- Maintain stock quantities
- Storage and identification and proper labelling for easy accessibility and traceability
- Check rejected material and pending deliveries
- Maintain store related documents
- Must have experience in an engineering company.
- Strong knowledge of excel.
- Checking PO n delivery challans, issuing GRNs etc
- Making Debit notes credit notes etc
PREFERRED CANDIDATES :
- 3/4 yrs experience in engineering company preferable because of raw material checking.. issuing tools, cutters , drills etc maintaining stock co-ordinate v with departments etc.
- ITIi diploma in a relevant field, worked in cnc- vmc shop before.
- Knowledge of excel necessary
- Independently manage store department
