Stores Assistant

Job Summary:

We are hiring for a Stores Assistant job in Vasai E, Gauraipada. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Any Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock levels.
2. Enter and manage inventory transactions in Tally Prime.
3. Assist in goods receiving, inspection, and proper storage of materials.
4. Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for material requirements.
5. Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, and stock reports.
6. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase team for replenishment.
7. Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
8. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials in the store.
9. Maintain documentation related to inventory and dispatch.
10. Follow company safety and store management procedures.
