Job Responsibilities :
1. Inventory Control Receive, unload, inspect, and shelf all incoming supplies, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and reporting damages.
2. Record Keeping Maintain detailed records of stock receipts and issues using Tally as well Excel.
3. Stock Management: Organize the warehouse, label, pack, and rotate stock using methods like FIFO (First In, First Out).
4. Order Management Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions to replenish stock before it runs out.
5. Safety & Maintenance Keep the store clean and safe, ensuring proper storage based on Material
6. Physical stock taking Regular physical inventory counts to compare against records.
7. Scrap Unwanted waste weekly dispose in scrap 8 Stock report Daily,weekly and monthly stock report
