Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Inventory Management
oMaintain accurate stock records for aluminium sections, glass panels, hardware fittings, gaskets, sealants, fasteners, and façade components.
oImplement FIFO system for consumables with shelf life and ensure proper stacking, tagging, and identification.
2.Material Receipt & Inspection
oVerify materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quality standards.
oCoordinate with QC for inspection of aluminium profiles, glass panels, and hardware specifications.
3.Material Issuance
oIssue materials to fabrication, installation, and site teams as per approved requisitions.
oRecord all material issuances in ERP/Tally to ensure proper project traceability.
4.Project Coordination
oAlign material availability with project timelines to avoid delays.
oProvide daily and weekly stock reports to project managers.
5.Warehouse Organization & Safety
oMaintain racking, pallets, and protective measures for fragile materials.
oEnforce safety protocols for handling heavy glass panels and long aluminium profiles.
6.Documentation & Compliance
oMaintain GRNs, issue slips, and stock ledgers with accuracy.
oEnsure compliance with ISO standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
