Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with 5–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should be skilled in inventory control, store operations, and proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office.  Salary is negotiable, and a good hike will be offered based on experience and talent.

Travelling Details:
The company provides a free transport facility From Vasai Station to Dhumal Nagar.–8 km, approx. 23  minutes by company bus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
o Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
o Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and theft.
2. Warehouse Operations:
o Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
o Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and safe storage of items.
o Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
3. Logistics & Coordination:
o Coordinate with the procurement, production, and dispatch departments for timely material availability.
o Liaise with vendors and transporters for inbound and outbound shipments.
4. Recordkeeping & Documentation:
o Maintain proper documentation for GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, stock registers, etc.
o Use ERP systems or inventory software for tracking and reporting.
5. Team Management:
o Supervise and train store personnel.
o Delegate responsibilities and monitor daily activities for efficiency and accuracy.
o People Management.
6. Compliance & Safety:
o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
o Comply with audit and regulatory requirements."
