Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage material in/out as per SOPs
• Prepare GRN, issue slips, and maintain stock registers accurately
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO implementation
• Coordinate with production for material issuance and availability
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required
• Handle dispatch activities, including packing, documentation, and transporter coordination
• Maintain daily stock reports and submit MIS to management
2. Documentation & System Management
• Maintain accurate records in Excel/ERP/Tally (as applicable) Tally software training will be provided by the company.
• Ensure documentation compliance for audits (IMS/ISO)
• Maintain inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and material traceability
• Verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and GRNs
3. Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of purchase processes, store management, and dispatch
• Understanding of material handling, transportation, and logistics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and basic ERP systems
• Strong follow up skills and coordination ability
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
