Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage our inventory and store operations for a company engaged in the manufacturing of pharma process equipment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an engineering company and must possess basic Excel skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
The company is located near Naigaon, approximately 10.3 km from the station with 28 minutes travel time, and offers a conveyance facility for employees.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and parts.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward/outward entries, and daily transactions.
- Update inventory records in Excel and ensure data accuracy.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically to avoid damage or loss.
- Perform periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for material requirements.
- Monitor and report slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare reports on stock status, usage trends, and reorder levels.
