Job Responsibilities :
- Daily inward and outward material management.
- Inventory monitoring and stock reconciliation.
- Preparation and verification of dispatch documents.
- Coordination with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement and dispatch.
- Monitoring loading/unloading activities.
- Maintaining stores records, GRN, issue slips, and dispatch registers.
- Coordination with Production, Purchase, and Accounts for smooth material flow.
- Ensuring proper storage practices and housekeeping within the stores.
- Having a dedicated person for these activities will strengthen inventory control, minimize dispatch delays, improve transport coordination, and ensure smooth day-to-day factory operations.
