1) Receive, store, and issue materials/equipment;
2) Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies;
3) Process orders, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain customer records;
4) Maintain store/service area, ensure cleanliness and organization;
5) Collaborate with other departments/teams to resolve issues;
6) Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager/ Service Manager.
