Site Supervisor – Exhibition Projects

Job Summary : 

We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Exhibition Projects to supervise exhibition stall production, transportation, installation and dismantling activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the production and site teams and ensuring smooth execution of exhibition projects. 

Key Responsibilities : 
1. Study exhibition designs/drawings and prepare or coordinate BOQ.
2. Plan production activities according to project requirements and deadlines.
3. Supervise production, fabrication and finishing work.
4. Supervise packaging, loading and dispatch of exhibition materials.
5. Plan trucks/vehicles and coordinate transportation to project sites.
6. Coordinate travel tickets and hotel/accommodation arrangements for site teams.
7. Travel to exhibition/project sites across India (Pan India) as required.
8. Supervise exhibition stall installation and dismantling at sites.
9. Supervise manpower and coordinate with contractors/vendors at the site.
10. Ensure work is completed as per design, quality standards and project timelines.
11. Handle site-related issues and coordinate with the production/project team.
12. Prepare and submit site/project progress reports.
13. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
 

Important Travel & Stay Requirement : 

1. Pan India Travel is mandatory for this position.

2. The candidate will be required to travel to different exhibition/project sites across India as per project requirements.

3. Candidates may need to stay at the project site for 4–5 days or sometimes longer, depending on the project schedule.
4. Accommodation/stay expenses at the project location will be borne by the company.
5. Travel arrangements/expenses will be provided as per company policy.
6. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent outdoor travel and site work.
 

Candidate Location Preference : 

• Candidates residing between Virar to Borivali are preferred.
