Job Description :
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of all equipment.
- Monitoring availability and utilization of equipment.
- Handling Service queries for Retail & Corporate Customers.
- Ensure all procedures, laid down by Organization are being implemented and adhered to.
- Preparing various reports/documentation regarding equipment's/machineries for process improvement etc.
- Conduct site troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Preparing quotation for all equipment maintenance & create business.
