1. Manage entire project execution.
2. Preparing the CPM and PERT for all projects.
3. Preparing Project Memo.
4. Ensuring smooth and timely project completion.
5. Communication with clients.
6. To Guide project co ordinator
7. Budgeting & Maintain budget reports
8. Co ordinate with purchase dept
9. Getting daily reports from site supervisors.
10. Selection of Labour Teams and contracting between labour and company
11.Responsible for material on site in time.
12.Drafting project related mails
13. Attending project meetings with clients.
