Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Senior Quality Engineer job in Vasai E, Gauraipada. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidate must have experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
2.Conduct detailed analysis of defects, rejections, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3.Lead problem-solving activities using tools like 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA.
4.Support new product development (NPD) by defining inspection plans, quality checkpoints, and validation testing.
5.Prepare and review control plans, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
6.Coordinate with suppliers for incoming material quality and conduct supplier audits as needed.
7.Guide and train junior engineers/supervisors in inspection techniques and quality system requirements.
8.Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and maintain records as per ISO/IATF standards.
9.Generate and present quality performance metrics to management for continuous improve.
