Job Description 

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 standards for quality compliance.
2. Apply knowledge of API SCT, API Spec 19G2, API Spec 11 D1, API Spec 14L, and API Spec 91G1.
3. Practice and manage CAPA, NCR, FMEA, and production quality processes.
4. Conduct internal audits and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Apply fair knowledge of welding, calibration, gauges, heat treatment, stress removal, and NDE techniques (LPI, MPI & RT).
6. Supervise and guide Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure adherence to standards.
7. Participate in and generate Quality Plans / Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
8. Review production batch records and related manufacturing documents for compliance.
9. Monitor quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products.
10. Assist in testing coordination of finished products, raw materials, test certificates, and reports.
11. Ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory standards, and sanitation requirements.
12. Share knowledge, skills, and updates with team members across QC/QA departments.
13. Implement policies, quality systems, inspection, and technical support programs for product standards.
14. Promote team performance by mentoring, training, and conducting evaluations.
15. Maintain a professional, safe, and balanced work environment focusing on quality and productivity.
16. Participate in departmental and inter-departmental meetings related to quality improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing / oil & gas industry quality control or similar field.
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Specs, QC procedures.
  • Expertise in CAPA, NCR, FMEA, audits, inspection, and testing.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and compliance handling.
