Senior Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Senior Purchase Executive job in Vasai Poman. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification B.com, BA, HSC. This vacancy is for the  manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibility:
Process Purchase Requisitions: 
1.Process purchase requisitions to create purchase orders. 
2.Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in line with company policies and procedures.

2. Vendor Coordination: 
1.Follow up with vendors to confirm receipt of purchase orders (P.O.). 
2.Float enquiries to obtain competitive quotations and prepare a cost comparative statement. 
3.Monitor and manage vendor lead times and ensure timely material delivery. 
4.Coordinate with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered according to the delivery schedule.

3. Material Planning & Coordination: 
1.Collaborate with the store and planning team to plan material procurement as per lead times. 
2.Maintain regular communication with the store to monitor material availability and provide updates on delivery status. 
3.Assist in invoice checking, GRN entry, and maintaining purchase records.

4. Inventory Management: 
1.Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely GRN (Goods Received Note) entries. 
2.Review and coordinate with the store daily for material status and update any delays in deliveries.

5. Documentation & Reporting: 
1.Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and related records. 
2.Provide regular reports to the Head of Department (HOD) and Managing Director (MD). 
3.Ensure compliance with company policies during the purchase process.

6. Additional Skills: 
1.Proficiency in Tally for maintaining purchase records and processing entries. 
2.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors. 
3.Must be a quick learner, smart, and responsible.
